It’s been over a year since I set up this blog and I haven’t
posted since 2017 but I have made progress with my life
and the goals I set myself
The big one was publishing the 10 novels I wrote under my
pen name Georgie Mirren
All ten books are now available in Amazon and I’m now looking
for an agent to help me find further opportunities out there. It
was a massive achievement but it took all my spare time to
complete them and I feel I neglected the business development
side of the Studio and the online Fit Strong Females site
The next big achievement is that I’m still off the cigarettes, 14
months now and I feel cleaner, healthier and richer
Last year, after a breakdown my medication was increased
massively and it helped me get through a bad time in my life.
This year I decided to reduce that increase and I’m now back
to my normal dosage. What this has meant for me is that I’ve
lost 2 of the 3 stone that I put on and I’m back to a healthier
weight
However, I still want to lose another two so I have some work
to do before the year is out and I’m not going to reach my goal
of being a fitness cover model if I don’t!
Goals are often made at the start of the year and then we forget
about them but I have religiously reminded myself of what I
announced at the start of 2018 and I’m still going for it. You
have to check your progress regularly
I will continue working away, my focus will shift slightly, I’ll get
back to my blogging and working on FSF!
