The most motivational words you will ever hear

Remember when I told you about Ryan

being my trainer on holiday?

If you missed it you can catch it on my

blog – here

Today I’m going to tell you the other half

of that story, my clients know it but I

didn’t post about it for fear of failing

and I wanted some results first that I could

tell you about.

On that holiday I confessed to Ryan that I

was out of control with my bad eating

I don’t even know how it happened but I

found myself eating 8 bars of chocolate

3 packets of biscuits, cakes, scones and 3

cream eggs all in one day

It had sneaked up on me

the more I ate the more I wanted and I

arrived on holiday fat and bloated and so

ashamed of myself – I couldn’t stop!

but I wanted the break away to be a break

from the way I had been eating and to do

some exercise. I also knew by telling Ryan,

I had admitted I had a problem and that he

would help me.

we both joked about how it was a bit like AA

and it did feel like it

so we took a zero tolerance stance on sugar

i.e. no cutting back just accepting it had to be

gone from my life forever

2 weeks later we were back in Glasgow and I

weighed myself for the first time

I was really hoping for 4-6 pounds

but I had actually lost 10lbs!

That was the first motivating moment

we were just about to go to the cinema and I

throughly enjoyed my salad instead of sweets

A month on, I haven’t lost any more weight on

the scales but my clothes are looser every day

then last night I heard the best words you

could ever hear…

‘have you lost weight’

‘you look like you’ve lost weight’

‘I can see that you’ve lost weight’

that was from my clients and I instantly felt

thinner and motivated

You see in the past week (not a good week)

I had eaten a creme egg two nights in a row

slipping back into old bad habits

then last night I was more determined to

keep going with no more sugar.

How did I do it?

I relied heavily on the habit based coaching I

do with the WeightLess members

I’ve introduced new habits and I focus on them

it’s not easy but it works

but the point of this email is the power of those

words ‘have you lost weight?’

how would you feel if someone said them to you?

a million dollars?

If you want to find out, email me now and get on

the free feb promotion before it sells out

p.s. I’ve missed out how ashamed I felt at being an expert in this subject and not doing it myself but I’ll save that for another today

  1. You could certainly see your skills within the work you write. The world hopes for more passionate writers like you who arent afraid to say how they believe. Always follow your heart. bdeeackceddb
